Answers before you have to call
The questions patients ask most — answered plainly.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
Most patients come with a referral from their doctor, and some insurance plans (including HUSKY) require one. Not sure? Call us at 203‑675‑1199 and we'll check for you.
Do you take my insurance?
We welcome HUSKY (Medicaid), Medicare, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, ConnectiCare, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, and Wellcare. If you don't see your plan, call — coverage changes often.
What conditions do you treat?
Back and neck pain, nerve pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, arthritis, pain after surgery or injury, cancer pain, CRPS, spinal stenosis, sports injuries, and more.
How do you treat pain?
We are an interventional pain management practice. Our first tools are image-guided injections, radiofrequency ablation, and behavioral health support. Medication is one option among many, and when it is part of your plan it is prescribed responsibly, with the same safety rules for everyone.
How soon can I be seen?
Once we receive your referral, our team calls you to schedule. If your pain is from a recent accident, mention it — our Medical‑Legal Division can often move quickly.
Can someone help in my language?
Yes — tell us your language when you call and we'll arrange support.
How do I get my medical records?
Fill out the records release form (PDF) and fax it to 203‑675‑0277, or ask at the front desk. You can also see much of your record in your patient portal.
